Ju Ann "Esther" Park is currently an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at a county mental health agency that specializes in working with families referred by the Dept. of Child and Family Services. She also serves as the Clinical Training Coordinator and Adjunct Professor at Biola University. Esther has experience counseling a diverse population including children, adolescents, couples, and families with various clinical presentations including depression, anxiety, PTSD, blended family issues, adjustment disorders, relational distress, and special needs. She previously served as the Children’s Ministry Director at Korean Hope Church and values the importance of creating a safe, empathic, and Gospel-centered environment for children to grow. She views therapy as a vocation in which she can do “missions locally” as she walks alongside hurting people in their journey towards growth and healing. In her free time, she loves to dance, make bouquets, and play board games.
