Christina Dahlin, M.F.A., has received critical acclaim for her performances of opera and operetta throughout Germany, where she was the leading lyric soprano at the German National Theater in Braunscheig. While living abroad, she appeared as a guest soloist in Dusseldorf, Hanover, Frankfurt, Kassel, Essen and Kiel. Her performances have also included the classic lyric soprano roles of the Countless in Le Nozze di Figaro, Pamina in Die Zauberflote, and Micaela in Carmen. Among her many oratorio credits are the soprano solos in Handel's Messiah and Deborah, J.S. Bach's St. John Passion, the Lord Nelson Mass by Haydn, the Faure Requiem and Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle, which was broadcast over the North German Radio Station NDR Hanover. Ms. Dahlin holds a magna cum laude Bachelor of Music degree from USC and an M.F.A. degree from UC Irvine.
