Be The Future Of Cinema

Biola University's cinema and media arts department invites you to join us for a unique summer camp experience. Learn from our award-winning faculty and industry professionals the tips and techniques needed to become a filmmaker.

Every day, you will attend interactive workshops in cinematography, editing, sound, lighting and storytelling while gaining insider knowledge on how to break into these fields. By the end of the camp, you will also have completed a short film for your reel, using equipment from our state-of-the-art equipment room inventory.

Please note that Biola Film Camp is designed for high school juniors and seniors, and college freshmen who have completed less than 50 credits of coursework.

Biola Film Camp will include trips off campus this year! Take a look at what we have planned:

Monday, June 17

  • Warner Bros. Studio Tour
  • Dinner in Los Angeles
  • Movie at TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood

Wednesday, June 19

  • Evening bonfire with Art Camp
