Legacy Gala

The Huntington Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach was the picture of elegance for the inaugural Legacy Gala on February 24, 2007. The fundraising event also ushered in the very first Legacy Awards, one of which was given to Dr. Clyde Cook.

Over 300 guests celebrated Biola’s vision to become a global center for Christian thought and spiritual renewal, while honoring President Cook for the remarkable legacy lived out during his 25 years at Biola.

President Cook was the recipient of the Legacy award for a Distinguished Lifetime of Leadership and Service. The award was present by emcee and dear friend of the Cooks’, Al Sanders.

President Cook gave all the glory to God for the honor received at the Legacy Gala.
