I noticed you were majoring in 2 seemingly unrelated majors and was wondering if you knew anyone who was majoring in both nursing and music as well as doing Torrey?

Torrey is a very academically demanding work load. It is very hard for a person to take two majors, let alone take two majors and do Torrey. Plus, music and nursing are both very extensive majors that have a lot of time requirements. Each semester my music major friends are swamped with practice and school work and they aren't in any Torrey classes. I came here with all of my general education work completed at a community college so I had the luxury of taking a bit more than the average person, but I would recommend that a person come in with one major and see how that works before taking on another one.

Hey Beau,
I definitely know that being a music and nursing major and doing Torrey all in 4 years is essentially impossible. I plan to expand my education over 5 (probably 6) years @ least. I plan to get my BSN first so I can @ least work part time then finish up the music major and Torrey. I'm also going to take a bunch of CLEP tests. That sound a little more probable or doable or possible?
