Get to Know Your Counselor
What has your time at Biola taught you?
To put it into just a few words: flexible obedience. Honestly, I think I'm still learning about that! I came into college with limited direction and left with a completely different vision for my life. I learned to live in the moment and soak in what God was teaching me, even if I didn't quite know what the next step would look like.
What was your favorite class in college? Why?
My favorite class was The Book of John with Professor Williams. He is brilliant, and he really knows how to inspire you by teaching in a way that demands personal growth.
What do you love about Biola?
I love the way that we, the community, are challenged to grow and learn here. My experiences with faculty and staff have impacted the way I view life. I love that there are such amazing and approachable peers and mentors on our campus.
