We enjoyed the stay at your hotel. The Amber Waves Rest. employees were very friendly and professional, as well as the hotel employees, although we had one day where our taxi didn't arrive on time and we were late for an appointment. We were disappointed. The taxi driver was nice but did not know his way to our destination and got lost and needed directions. It didn't take too long but we were already late so....The carpets and furniture seemed old and worn. Time for a renovation? We enjoyed being near to Knottsberry Farm and Medieval Times, etc. We will be visiting California quite often in the future since our son plans to attend school there. Any plans to renovate soon? Fixtures in bathroom were also worn. Rooms were clean and spacious. Stay was comfortable except for the things that needed to be repaired or replaced mentioned earlier. AC was loud and needs to be updated.

very noisy.not real clean and very small bathrooms. we will not stay here again. to many other options in the area.

we are from minnesota and we are used to nice motels. so when we searched the hotel page. My kids wanted to stay at knotts. We were there for 5 days! We had an excellent visit, the staff were sooo nice! My daughter is now attending Biola and now we can stay at a hotel that we are safe and the kids can have fun! I would only stay at Knotts
