Completing the Off Campus Programs Registration Form
In addition to completing an application for the off-campus program you are applying to, a Biola application — the Off Campus Programs Registration Form — is also required. You will need to complete the following steps:
- Choose a semester of study.
- Choose a program of study.
- Schedule an appointment with the Biola Health Center.
- Obtain signatures from the following University offices: Housing, Student Affairs, Accounting, Office of the Registrar, Financial Aid.
- Schedule an appointment with your specific Program Director to complete the course equivalency chart.
- Schedule an appointment with your academic advisor to complete your Graduation Petition.
- Sign for the $35.00 Registration Fee.
- Sign the Off Campus Programs Statement of Release and Financial Agreement.
- Complete the Certification Form & Finish!
This Off Campus Programs Registration Form is ONLY to be used for the following programs: American Studies Program, Latin American Studies Program, Russian Studies Program, Australia Studies Centre, Los Angeles Film Studies Center, Uganda Studies Program, China Studies Program, Middle East Studies Program, Washington Journalism Center, Contemporary Music Center, Scholar's Semester in Oxford, Creation Care Studies Program, Development Studies Program, Focus on the Family Institute, International Student Exchange Program.
The following off-campus programs have Registration Forms specific to their program, which are made available upon request: Au Sable Institute of Environmental Studies, Biola Baja, Biola Italy, Biola London, Biola Sundance, Japan Film Program, National Media Seminar, Spiritual Formation Study Program, Talbot Bible Lands, Torrey Berkeley, Torrey Europe, Torrey Rome.
