The Human Metrics is similar to the Keirsey Temperament Sorter II, and a mock version of the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) assessment that measures several personality preferences. IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE PERSONALITY PREFERENCES INVENTORY:
This assessment is NOT a test; therefore; there are no right or wrong answers.
Do NOT answer the way you think an RA should answer or the way you think the RD's are looking for you to answer. ALL personality types are valuable; no type is better, healthier or are desirable in any way.
Answer each item with your first natural inclination-don't overanalyze it. This assessment seeks to find your tendencies, preferences or inclinations only, NOT absolutes. The results do not put you in rigid categories.
The assessment describes healthy personality differences, not psychological disorders or fixed traits. It does not imply excellence, competence or natural ability, only what is preferred.
This assessment will simply give us a better picture of who you are. It is used to assist the RD's in putting together teams based on your preferences.
Take the assessment, using the mouse to click one answer per question. Please click the answer that best describes you now ... not how you wish you were. Remember that there are no right or wrong answers on this assessment.
After you are finished answering the questions, click the "Score it" button and wait for your results.
When the results page comes up, please print out the page.
Then go back to the RA selection page and enter the four letters of your score into the "MBTI result" field.
