Each spring semester, Residence Life accepts applications for the following school year's RA positions.

First Year Applicants:

1. Each applicant needs to submit the following online:

• Application Form
• Reference Forms (at least 4)
1. Self-Reference
2. RA Reference
3. Pastoral or Faculty Reference
4. Employer Reference
• The result of the Personality Preferences Inventory (online)

2. Initial Interviews with Resident Director and RA's
  -- Bring a current resumé with you to the interview.

3. Group Process -- problem-solving exercises

Second Year Applicants:

• One (1) Reference Form
  -- Self-Reference
• The result of the Personality Preferences Inventory
