Welcome

The Facilities Services Department is a collaborative effort of ten service areas. Each manager and their respective teams are dedicated to the Mission, Vision and Values of Facilities Services and those of the University.

Facilities Services is responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds for safe and effective use by the campus community. This is accomplished through maintenance programs initiated by Facilities Services as well as through service provided for the community in response to Work Requests.

A Work Request can be initiated by using the Facilities Services Form or by calling the Facilities Services Operations Office at extension 4898.

Mission Statement

The Mission of Facilities Services is to provide Christ-like service to the Biola Community and faithful stewardship of the university facilities.
