The Facilities Management Department is a collaborative effort of ten service areas. Each manager and their respective teams are dedicated to the Mission, Vision and Values of Facilities Management and those of the University.
Facilities Management is responsible for campus planning, new construction and remodeling of existing spaces. The department is also responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds for safe and effective use by the campus community. This is accomplished through maintenance programs initiated by Facilities Management as well as through service provided for the community in response to Work Requests.
A Work Request can be initiated by using the Facilities Management Work Request Form or by calling the Operations Office of Facilities Management at extension 4898.
The Mission of Facilities Management is to provide Christ-like service to the Biola Community and faithful stewardship of the university facilities.
