Step I All materials submitted to the Dean’s Office
Please Note: Because of this early submittal date, it is important that you have all
peer reviews done during the spring semester prior to applications.

PROMOTION: Friday, September 3, 2010
Step II Materials submitted to individual school personnel committees
TENURE: Monday, September 27. 2010
PROMOTION: Monday, September 27, 2010
Step III Dean’s recommendations to University Personnel
Committee (UPC)/Provost Office:
TENURE: Friday, October 22, 2010
PROMOTION: Friday, October 22, 2010
Step IV UPC’s recommendations to Provost
TENURE: Friday, December 10, 2010
PROMOTION: Friday, December 10, 2010
Step V Final Decision made
TENURE: May Board Meeting (Thurs/Fri, May 5 & 6, 2011)
PROMOTION: Friday, January 28, 2011
