Regarding Staff Permit Usage
As reminder, staff permits are for the exclusive use of the assigned staff member. Staff permits cannot transferred to other individuals or utilized by family members, including but not limited to students of qualified staff members. Reference: Annual Security Report, Article II, Staff Permits.
Bicycle Map & Rules
Roads and sidewalks closed to automobiles are for pedestrian use only and are closed to bicycles as well. Please click on the Bicycle Map & Rules for a complete list of bicycle rules and areas where bicycle riding is prohibited.
Registration
Vehicle registration is not available through this website. You may register your vehicle through WebReg or at the Campus Safety Administrative Office.
If you registered for a parking permit during WebReg, parking permits will be available at the Campus Safety Administrative Office beginning on January 26th, 2009. The office hours during registration are 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
If you did not register for a permit on the Web, you can obtain a permit at the Campus Safety Administrative Office beginning on January 26th, 2009.
NOTE: Permits WILL NOT be mailed
Christmas Break/Interterm, and Summer Vehicle Storage on Campus
Vehicles may not be stored on campus property during Christmas Break/Interterm and Summer without prior written approval from Campus Safety. Persons wishing to store a vehicle on campus must:
- Sign a release of liability form.
- Leave a set of keys with Campus Safety so that the vehicle may be moved if Facilities Services projects or emergencies require it.
- Leave the car in the parking lot designate by Campus Safety.
Failure to obtain permission will result in fine(s) and / or towing of the vehicle from Biola property.
- Student vehicles must have been registered during that session, or the applicable permit fee will be charged.
- A student must remove all vehicles from Biola if he/she is no longer enrolled in the current school semester, or when an employee ends employment with the university.
