Welcome to Biola Graduate and Married Housing. Our aim is to encourage biblically-centered education and community be providing competitively priced housing options for eligible Graduate and Married students here at Biola.

Sheltering Community

Single Grads:
Single Graduate students are placed in one of over a dozen fully furnished homes in the neighborhoods surrounding Biola's La Mirada campus. We offer both private and shared bedrooms. Utilities are included in our rental rates for our Single Graduates.

Married Grads:
We offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments within walking distance of Biola's La Mirada campus. These apartments are equipped with a stove and refrigerator but are otherwise unfurnished to allow the best canvas to make our apartments feel more like "your" home. Each of our units includes 1 assigned parking space.

Affordable Community

Biola offers year-round housing contracts, which means you wont be required to move out during the summer months as long as you are pre-registered as a full-time student for the next Fall semester.

Single Grads:
Shared bedroom- $514 per month (includes all utilities and fully furnished)
Private bedroom- $649 per month (includes all utilities and fully furnished)

Married Grads:
Sm. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment- $847 per month (only one unit available at this rate)
Reg. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment- $930
2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment- $1,128
2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment- $1,186

Join the Community

While eligibility is not difficult for Graduate/Married Housing space is very limited. Qualified applicants:

Have been accepted to an eligible Graduate program at Biola (please contact Graduate housing for ineligible programs).
Have paid the required enrollment deposit to Graduate Admissions.
Full-time course load during your residency (12 units minimum for Undergraduate & 9 units minimum for Graduate). For Married residents only one spouse is required to be a full-time student for eligibility.
Have completed an appropriate Graduate or Graduate/Married Housing Application (may be submitted prior to acceptance of an eligible degree program)
