Students Win Creative Award at Insomnia Film Festival

Apple posted the winners of the 2007 Insomnia Film Festival on Nov. 26. The Slingjam Creative Award was given to Biola students for their film "The Suburban Tea." Of the 1,917 films entered, the Biola film was ranked number seven.
Students who were involved in the project were Josiah Bultema, Laura Falcinelli, Andrew Fisher, Ben Sellick, Jeff Webster, Ian Perry, Jon Raines, and Heather Montanez.
The students will receive an interview with David Barron, the producer of Harry Potter for a critique of their short film as well as be featured on the Apple podcast, the Apple Students page "Made on Mac", and a screening of the film at the Apple Store.
