Professors Publish The God Conversation

J.P. Moreland, distinguished professor of philosophy at Biola's Talbot School of Theology, and Tim Muehlhoff, associate professor of communication at Biola University, co-wrote the book The God Conversation: Using Stories and Illustrations to Explain Your Faith, released this year by InterVarsityPress.

In the introduction to the book, the authors summarize what the purpose of the book is, "The God Conversation provides you with illustrations that will linger with your unbelieving friends, coworkers and family members long after the conversation ends. It gives you rich examples, quotes and stories that wil help explain the Christian worldview in your conversations, blogs, e-mails, letters and speeches."

The God Conversation includes a forward by Lee Strobel, author of the Case for Christ, and a special message from Clyde Cook, former president of Biola University.

The book received a positive review in World Magazine describing the book as, "An attractively formatted and well-organized resource, it contains illustrations, quotations, and stories that engage with five "defeater beliefs . . . assumptions that make accepting the truths of Christianity highly unlikely."
