According to the local newspaper, Desert Dispatch, Robert Feller, the director of Biola’s brass ensemble, led the 54 members of the concert band in various exercises while the college students gave them advice and pointers. After the workshop, which lasted about two hours, the two groups of musicians performed together in an evening concert at the junior high.
