General Returns Policy

• UNOPENED merchandise⁽¹⁾ purchased at the Biola Computer Store may be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange.
• OPENED, DEFECTIVE merchandise⁽¹⁾ may be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange*.
• OPENED, NON-DEFECTIVE merchandise⁽¹⁾ may be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged if product is not returned in resellable condition, with all packaging materials. The Biola Computer Store reserves the right to refuse return if merchandise is not in its original packaging.
• Refunds will be distributed according the manner of original purchase. Credit Card purchases require a credit card for the refund.
• Purchases made by Check require 10 business days before a cash refund can be given.
• Special Orders (orders for items not carried in-store) are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee, unless the item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item.
