- To start the application process, complete a Biola application for employment and submit it to the Human Resources Department.
- Applications will be reviewed in the Human Resource Department. If the application meets desired qualifications, applicants may be required to be tested on applicable employment tests.
- If desired qualifications are met, applicants may be interviewed in Human Resources. The meeting of minimum qualifications for a position does not assure the applicant an interview.
- From the interview pool, applications will be sent to the hiring departments for their review. The hiring department or Human Resources will initiate the interview process at the hiring department level.
- An offer of employment may be extended by the Human Resource Department.
- Once the position has been filled or closed, the remaining applicants will be notified by mail.
- Applications are retained for one year but are considered current for 90 days. If after this time an applicant wishes to be considered for employment, a new application may be required.
