Inside Story
A weekly employee newsletter is distributed by house mail each Friday to all Biola employees. It contains a variety of information of both a business and personal interest to employees. To distribute information to the entire University, use of Inside Story is encouraged in place of individually addressed memos whenever possible.
Articles for the Friday edition of Inside Story should be submitted by e-mail to inside.story@biola.edu by the Monday of the same week.
Management Update
A management-level newsletter is distributed to all management employees (see Administrative Management Team Meetings section of the employee handbook the for definition of a management employee). Its purpose is to provide a vehicle for communicating University philosophy, policy and management information to management employees. Use of Management Update is encouraged instead of memos when information is distributed to all management employees. Management Update is issued whenever there is information that should be distributed to management employees. Urgent information can be distributed within two working days.
