Jeff Decker brings several years of high-level management experience to the MOL program through his previous role as a senor-level executive in the insurance industry. His teaching career includes that of professor and director of the Executive Management and MBA programs at the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management. Dr. Decker received the Harry S. Nerhood award for teaching excellence at Whittier College in 1997. In addition, he has taught at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management.
