Departure Cards must be filled out and submitted to the Registrar's Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2008. Please obtain signatures from all other departments before obtaining the signature from the Registrar's Office (562-903-4720).

Transcripts
After graduation, you will receive a complimentary student copy of your finalized transcript with your diploma. However, your transcript and diploma cannot be released until your financial obligations and other holds are cleared. Additional copies of your transcript cost $6.00 for each official copy and $3.00 for each unofficial copy. For more information, please contact the Registrar's Office (562-903-4720).

Loan Exit Workshop
As all loans must be paid back, the federal government has made it mandatory that students complete a Loan Exit Seminar prior to graduation. This seminar will explain and help you understand your loan repayment. Please complete the following online seminar(s) for each category in which you received a loan. To determine the loans you received while at Biola University, please reference your Financial Aid documents or your student account billing statements. BSI provides information on the past year only.
If you have any questions regarding a loan in Category 1 please call the Educational Loan Specialist in the Accounting office at (562) 903-4760. If you have any questions regarding a loan in Category 2 please call the Financial Aid Office at (562) 903-4742.

Complete online seminar if you took any of the following loans:
- Perkins Loan
- Nursing Loan
- Biola Loan
- Hermann Loan
- FAS Loan
- Yates Loan

Federal Loan Exit Seminar Instructions:
- Log onto the Wachovia Website
- Click on "Education Loans" under "Lending"
- Click on "Entrance/Exit Counseling" under Resources
- Click on "Exit Counseling"
- Click on "Begin Seminar"
- When finished, print "Exit Seminar Congratulations" page
