Credit Internship Program (CIP) will be managed through the Center for Career Development in conjunction with academic departments to provide students the opportunity to earn academic credit for working and studying in an area of interest.

Credit Internship:

A structured and supervised workplace learning experience where a student can earn academic credit.

CIP Distinctives:

  • » Substantive work contributing to academic, personal, and career development
  • » Assignments contributing to academic credit
  • » Learning agreement developed with a faculty advisor
  • » On-site supervisor to supervise intern
