Biola's BOLD adult degree program currently offers two, fully accredited undergraduate degrees for adults. Both degree programs are designed for Christian adults who desire to complete a college degree while maintaining full-time life responsibilities.

In as little as 18 months, adult students can graduate with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership, or in less than 24 months, a B.A. in Psychology. Organizational Leadership is an interdisciplinary major that integrates business, biblical studies, communication, ethics and psychology, with an emphasis in management and leadership skills. All classes are taught by Biola's esteemed faculty.
