Introduction:
Access to the Internet, email, and other information
technologies has become a necessity in the academic environment.
Accordingly, Biola University has installed high-speed Ethernet
network connections in all administration buildings, classrooms, and residence hall rooms. These connections
allow anyone with Ethernet-capable computers to access these online
resources much faster than with traditional dial-up modem connections.
For students who do not have Ethernet-capable computers
and who do not wish to upgrade them, lower performance options are
available. Please read on to learn about how to get connected.
