The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) helps identify personality preferences related to how you focus your attention, acquire information, make decisions, and orient yourself toward the world. Knowing your personality preferences can help in understanding your unique strengths, what kind of work you might enjoy and how people with different preferences relate to one another.

This assessment generally takes about 20-30 minutes, and can be an invaluable tool in understanding yourself and your unique design. After taking the MBTI, you will meet with a Career Counselor to go over your results, as well as receive a written report to keep.
