Adjunct Professor of Art
Andrea Lam earned her Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University, where she focused on the history of Byzantine art. Her primary fields of research and teaching are Roman and medieval art, with special interests in the Byzantine icon, pilgrimage and apocalyptic imagery in Christian art. She also holds an M.Div. from Yale University’s Institute of Sacred Music, Religion and the Arts and a B.A. from Pepperdine University.
