Steps for applying to Torrey Berkeley:
- Attend a Torrey Berkeley info meeting to ask questions and hear specific
information on this year's curriculum.
- Meet with your Torrey mentor to select a course that will count toward
your degree completion. Review how your summer school units will fit
with your academic program schedule toward graduation requirements.
(Torrey Berkeley is a 4-unit class which can satisfy the requirement
for any YMDT class numbered 300 or above: Junior and Senior years, Torrey
thesis).
- Put down a $100 deposit to hold your spot on the list of students.
- Pick up a Torrey Special Program form from the office or print the
attached form.
- Obtain signatures indicating proper course selection from the Torrey
Department Chair, Dr. John Mark Reynolds, your Torrey mentor, your academic
major advisor, and the Torrey Berkeley Program Director.
- Obtain signatures from: Finance/Accounting, the Registrar, Health
Center and Student Affairs. These are necessary to provide evidence
that you are a student in good standing - academically, financially,
and behaviorally.
- Submit your Biola University Registration and Approval form to the
Special Programs Coordinator, Laura Boismenue in the Registrar’s
Office.
