The M.A. in Organizational Leadership (MOL) at Biola University is pleased to present the 9th Annual "Changes" seminar. This seminar is presented by Ron Smedley, President of Synergistic Resource Associates (SRA). SRA is a full-sevice human resource development consulting firm. Ron is also an active faculty member for both the MOL and BOLD programs at Biola. He is a human resource specialist, and is often consulted to both interpret and strategically resolve people problems in the workplace, and provide simplified solutions in the human resource labor law arena.
