The MOL is dedicated to developing leadership based on a foundation of Christian principles and the formation of character. Our emphasis is on leadership within 21st century organizations, both Christian and secular. In light of this, we have provided a few resources for your individual development as a leader, including a leadership style assessment, a "recommended reading" list, and a variety of leadership articles written by MOL faculty.

The MOL has offered the Distinguished Speakers Series live in the past. These series are now available on CD for purchase. Speakers have included Dr. John Townsend, Dr. Henry Cloud, Steve Arterburn, Phil Vischer and Dale Burke. The CD series can be used to earn a Distance Certificate in Organizational Leadership.
