Modular Method of Study

Students interface electronically from home or in office during fall and spring semesters, traveling to La Mirada, Calif. for a two-week residency during the summers of their first and second years.

Who is a Modular Student?

A modular student is a working adult who has demonstrated effectiveness in leading and managing others in the workplace (private sector, profit/non-profit, or ministry related) and is looking to develop his or her leadership abilities and expand his or her understanding of organizational development.
Modular students desire the flexibility and independence of online learning, which allows them to set their own schedule for class work and participate in learning from any location. For this reason, the distance model of learning—offering the most flexibility through the modular program—suits them best. These students have the flexibility to travel to Southern California for two-weeks in the summer for the residency.
