How to apply to a fall or spring semester program:
- Meet with the faculty program director for advising.
- Apply and submit the application to the program by the appropriate deadline.

- Complete the Biola application.
- Off Campus Programs Registration Form
This form is ONLY to be used for the fall and spring semester programs listed on page 2. (If you are interested in an Interterm or Summer Study Tour you will complete a Registration Form specific to that program. Please contact the faculty program director for more information about what application materials are required of you.)
- Graduation Petition
To complete your Graduation Petition schedule an appointment with your academic advisor. Print off your Degree Audit (my.biola.edu) and a Curriculum Chart (www.biola.edu/registrar/services/) and refer to them as you complete this paperwork.
- Submit Biola application to the Off Campus Programs Coordinator in the Office of the Registrar 3 business days prior to the programs application deadline.
- The program will send out their acceptance notifications within 3 weeks of the application deadline.
- Upon acceptance into the program you will complete all required confirmation materials for the program and confirm with the Off Campus Programs Coordinator in the Office of the Registrar.
- Confirm the courses you will be taking with Biola so that the Off Campus Programs Coordinator in the Office of the Registrar can register you in your classes during the semester you are abroad.
- Prior to leaving for your off campus semester program make your 60% down payment to Biola by August 15 for the fall semester and December 15 for the spring semester.
- Attend the program and have a life changing semester!
- During your semester off campus you will receive instructional emails and reminders from Biola on how to complete your course registration for the upcoming semester.
- Upon completion of your semester abroad the program will mail your grades to Biola’s Office of the Registrar. Be advised that your G.P.A. will be impacted by the grades you earn when participating in a Biola approved off campus semester program.
