Mr. Francis teaches Marketing and Management courses at Biola. Qualifications
for teaching in this area stem from his prior position as General Motors Liaison
Manager at Hughes Aircraft Company and ten years teaching in Hughes' after-hours
management development program. Mr. Francis is currently the Manager, New Business
Investment Programs at Boeing Satellite Systems. He led the General Motors Marketing
Internship at Biola for five years. He has been at Biola since 1986.

Thomas Wilson
B.S., University of Southern California
J.D., University of San Diego School of Law
Mr. Wilson is an attorney and a Litigation Partner at Pivo, Halbreich, Cahill
& Yim. Previously, he was founding shareholder, President and Chief Financial
Officer of Martin & Wilson, until its merger with his present firm. His areas
of practice include Business Litigation and Litigation Avoidance, Products Liability,
and Insurance Law. He is team-teaching a course in Business Ethics with Dr.
Scott Rae of Talbot.

Jenni Lee Kim
B.A., University of California, Los Angeles
M.A., Fuller Theological Seminary, School of Psychology
Ph.D., University of Southern California.
Dr. Pak teaches graduate courses in counseling skills, history and systems of psychology, and cognitive assessment. She also teaches undergraduate courses in theories of personality and child and adolescent development. She has published in the area of acculturation and women’s identity development and as a strong interest in narrative analysis. She leads a research team, which investigates the dynamic impact of culture on individual, couple, family, and spiritual development.
