Les has been married for 15 years to Rachelle and they have three kids; 10, 6 and 3. He teaches young married couples at Yorba Linda Friends Church and has a strong passion for men's ministry. He also preaches and teaches at men's retreats, seminars, and other events. Les' teaching philosophy is to have students engage the local community and learn various marketing through real world projects.
