Professor Harman's expertise lies in the area of marketing. He approaches teaching with a real world emphasis through client-based projects where students experience a wide range of business settings prior to graduation. He has industry experience specializing in the marketing of mental health services. Professor Harman currrently consults for a variety of different organizations as the president of Integrity Marketing Group, Inc., a marketing research firm. Professor Harman has an extensive personal ministry with Biola students, especially through AIM, Accountability and Integrity among Men. He is also a part-time seminary student, pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology and Biblical Studies at Talbot School of Theology.
